What can you grow with an Omega Garden?
Herbs of many varieties can be grown easily with fantastic results. Most strains of leafing and budding herbs adapt well to the nutrition, light, and growing conditions supplied by the Omega Gardens. Specifically, the following types have proven results with huge yields per growing cycle:

Lettuce is another category of food that has proven excellent growing traits with the Omega Gardens. Leafy lettuce varieties tend to work best and show large quantities.
